The Houses With Stories are a set of 4 houses in which, each in its own way, tells a story. A house in Troía 5 min from Comporta, Carvalhal and Pego, which stands out among the others for its avant-garde style. Just 5 min walk from a huge white sandy beach, here you can relax and reconnect with all the elements of nature: earth, water, fire and air.
Rethink the way you live is the invitation we make to anyone who wants to stop by and leave part of their history.
Soul Harbour
Designed by the architect Manuel Graça Dias, a house full of Stories appears on top of the dune.
It was a house that served as a refuge for those who needed shelter, human warmth, in which each one told his story so that it could be heard. It was here that new loving relationships began. It was here that the motto of each celebration was and is the Joy of Living. It was here that silence and solitude gained strength. It was here that many works of art were created. It was here that children grew up in freedom.
With 5 bedrooms this house welcomes up to 16 people who can enjoy several rooms, nooks and a great outdoor part with salt-treated pool. It has all the amenities to feel truly at home.

The other Houses
A set of 3 houses in a small farm in Setúbal that transports us to the countryside just 10 minutes from the city. Here we wake up to the sound of birds, donkeys and roosters and fall asleep to the sounds of crickets, surrounded by greenery. 8 km away is one of the most beautiful and emblematic historical centers in the country, built on the banks of the Sado River where we can enjoy good culture, good gastronomy and good atmosphere.
Bungalow
This Bungalow was born from the pandemic, in which we all created something new. It is a space that brings together everything so that we can not leave home ... comfort of a home, light so that we do not stop shining, work area for those who want to improvise. It has an area on the first floor with living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom / office and a mezzanine with a large bedroom. It has a small outside deck leading to the pool and is surrounded by trees. All is well.
The Atelier
It was originally a simple garage. It became a painting studio and eventually a loft. It is 100 m2 full of magic. Here art merges with the comfort of home. Imagination becomes reality. In an industrial style in constant revolution is a space that appeals to creativity. All in glass and immersed in bamboo, it also has a private patio and access to the common pool and garden area. We open the doors of this Atelier for filming, photo shoots and / or for those who want to give free rein to their imagination.
Family house
This is the family home. In a bauhaus style it is a house that appeals to conviviality, recollection and growth. With several corners so that everyone has their own space, all interconnect in a harmonious way. It is surrounded by greenery with a direct view of the pool and also outside has several areas to relax, reconnect and celebrate. It has 3 bedrooms, one of them in the open mezzanine with closet and bathroom. Each piece tells a story and each family leaves here part of their history.
